Jalan Doraisamy, Kuala Lumpur

What I like to do when I wake up is get myself a nice cold brew. Currently, my favorite spot is Common Grind on Jalan Doraisamy. Not only is it good coffee, but that street is special as well. Home to some of the best restaurants Kuala Lumpur has to offer -- Dominik, Limapulo and Florentine -- all great restaurants. Dominik being a european themed restaurant serves some great soup, and a delicious main course. I had a mushroom soup and a hamburger which were delicious. Next to Dominik on the left, is Limapulo. A nyunya malaysian-chinese cuisine, with one of the best nasi lemaks in the city. Finally, down the street is Florentine, a steak house open after 5pm, not only are there many choices for the steak but the sauces that come with the steak are delicious. Chilli, truffle and mushroom sauce name a few.
